The client

VWM Capital is a startup investment company offering alternative investments with positive social impact. Their flagship fund invests in litigation claims, increasing access to justice for those who wouldn’t otherwise be able seek it. By using a combination of human expertise and groundbreaking AI tech, they can accurately pinpoint the cases most likely to succeed in court.

The project

When VWM Capital came to us, they were in the process of launching. Their product and ethos are unique in the investment space, but they needed help establishing an online presence that built trust and authority. As an experienced financial services agency, our task was to create a complete verbal brand identity, populate their website, write fund reports and investor presentations, and manage their blog and social media content.

With investments being a complex and highly regulated industry, everything we produced needed to be clear and concise, without being too simplistic for seasoned institutional investors. Timelines were tight to keep up with their fund launches and investor interest – but we were up for the challenge.

The work

We jumped on a call with the client team to discuss their business and objectives, then carried out independent research into their niche, audience, and competitors. With these in mind, we got to work on a social and content strategy. This included blog and social content to support them through launch, as well as ongoing brand and thought leadership campaigns.

By collaborating closely with the founders, portfolio managers, and web design team, we could be certain that everything produced was in harmony with the overall VWM Capital vision. We also worked with their legal and compliance team to ensure all content met industry regulations.

The outcome

With help from Citra Content, VWM Capital have firmly established themselves in a niche market with a clear proposition. Our expert content and engaging visuals have allowed them to attract new investors, giving them all the information they need to understand a complex topic quickly and easily.

Website visits and impressions are only ever on the increase, resulting in regular enquiries. In our first few years working together, the fund has grown to over $200m in assets under management. We’ve built a fantastic relationship with the team at VWM Capital, running their blog and social media channels for a number of years after helping them launch.
