From their HQ in Chicago, Illinois, Endurance Warranty helps drivers across the US save serious money on the cost of unexpected repair bills. They’re rated by experts as the best extended warranty provider in America, with thousands of five star Trustpilot reviews from happy customers to back it all up.

The project

Endurance first came to us in 2020, looking for help with their blog content. They didn’t have a content team in-house, so they needed someone who could plug-in and work seamlessly with existing staff. Their main goals were to improve customer resources and organic search visibility with high quality, journalistic content written for an American demographic.

Our writers are more than comfortable with a wide range of topics, and automotive is certainly one of them. We set to work getting to grips with the Endurance Warranty project management software, then carried out a full analysis of current blog content to figure out where the gaps were.

The work

Over the course of five plus years, we’ve helped the Endurance Warranty team completely transform their content offering with thoroughly researched guides, explainers, and how-tos. Everything we produce is conducted with journalistic integrity, written in a US-centric tone, and wrapped up with a clear call to action.

We work closely with the Endurance Warranty marketing team, staying in touch throughout the month via their project management software, plus regular calls. For them, the process couldn’t be simpler: they brief us on what they’d like to rank for, then we do the research and write up the drafts. After everything’s been through the approval process, all that’s left to do is upload it.
