I believe data protection is incredibly important and I do everything I can to protect your data privacy. 

What happens when you fill in forms on citracontent.com?

The contact form requests certain data that is required to process an enquiry: 

Your name

Your email address and phone number

Your message

This data is only requested to process your enquiry and is not used for any other purpose. 

 

This data is stored on my secure web server. If we don't end up working together, I delete the data. If we do end up working together, I need to keep your contact details to hand so the data is stored on my secure web server for the time we work together. 

I never share your data with third parties and do everything I can to protect your data privacy. 

What happens when you contact Citra Content by phone or email?

I typically request the same essential data if you contact me by phone or email: 

Your name

Your email address and phone number

Your enquiry

I keep a record of this to refer to in case we end up working together. If we don't, I delete it. 

The data is saved on a secure cloud. I don't use a hard drive. 

How can you make a data request?

You can request a copy of any data I hold about you by emailing me at chris@citracontent.com.
